Method
- Preheat oven or grill at 200 degrees.
- Slice your chicken breast in half and place in the oven or grill to cook for 10-15 minutes depending on the size of your breast… make sure they are cooked.
- Mix courgette strings with the avocado pesto and sun dried tomatoes.
- Once chicken is ready, slice it up or pull it apart and serve on top of your pesto pasta… enjoy!
