Method
- In a large bowl, mix your mince with the onion, chilli and egg. Also season with S&P.
- Take tbsp size portions from the mixture and shape into burger shapes, or ovals if you want to get creative.
- In a pan, melt the oil and then fry each burger for around 4 minutes each side till cooked all the way through.
- Add a few burgers onto the bed of salad with some tomatoes and tbsp of yogurt to top, there you have a super healthy burger salad. I sometimes melt cheese on top of mine or add avocado too!
- On a carb day, get the sweet potato chips on the go too! And don’t forget save the left over portions for tomorrow!
