Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs 1tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp natural sweetener or natural honey or maypole syrup
  • 0g scoop protein powder or hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 dash milk (almond milk is a good pick)
  • 2 cup oats flour (normal oats put in a blender to make flour)
  • Optional: add 70% dark chocolate broken into small pieces to make choice chunks

Method

  1. Line a none-stick baking tray with some coconut oil and pre heat the oven to 190 degrees.
  2. Mix all your ingredients together till you have a nice even, smooth mixture . Add extra nuts, dried fruit or chocolate chunks for texture now if you want.
  3. Take tbsp size dollops from the mixture and evenly create small biscuit shaped on your baking tray.
  4. Place them in the oven for 15 minutes and then remove and leave to cool for 30 minutes.
  5. Once totally cool remove biscuits from the tray and enjoy! I like to drizzle melted 85% choc over mine.
