Method
- Line a none-stick baking tray with some coconut oil and pre heat the oven to 190 degrees.
- Mix all your ingredients together till you have a nice even, smooth mixture . Add extra nuts, dried fruit or chocolate chunks for texture now if you want.
- Take tbsp size dollops from the mixture and evenly create small biscuit shaped on your baking tray.
- Place them in the oven for 15 minutes and then remove and leave to cool for 30 minutes.
- Once totally cool remove biscuits from the tray and enjoy! I like to drizzle melted 85% choc over mine.
