Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 50-70g smoked salmon
  • Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Break and throw your eggs in a pan on a medium heat and stir slowly until they start to scramble.
  2. Tear up your salmon into strips and throw them into the mix.
  3. Let cook for a further minute and then serve and season.
  4. I like to eat mine in a bowl with some spinach and eat it like comfort food… yum yum!
