Method
- Make your Salsa verdi: Finely chop first 7 ingredients and place in a bowl. Mix in your mustard, vinegar, oil and mix the mixture till combined. If you prefer you can use a pestle and mortar to combine the ingredients more. Place 2 tbsp over your fish or vegetables to serve.
- In a frying pan lightly heat your Tuna is ground nut or coconut oil for 1 minute each side on a medium heat.
- Place Tuna on your bed of rocket and spoon over your salsa.
