LYB warming winter green detox juice

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp fresh juice of lemon
  • 2 tbsp fresh juice of lime
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 handful kale
  • 1/2 cucumber with no skin
  • 1 small bunch parsley leafs
  • 3cm square fresh ginger
  • 3tsp cinnamon spice
  • Optional natural sweetner (stervia) for sweetness
  • 1 cup of water

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth for aprox. 60 seconds
  2. Boil the kettle. Pour 1/4 of the green juice into a mug and heat in the microwave or on the hob in a pan for 1 minute. Top with hot water
  3. Sprinle over a little extra cinnamon and lemon juice to top and your body will love you for sipping this goodness
