Method

Break the eggs and mix in a bowl with veggies and meats

Heat a pan to medium and add in a little coconut oil

Pour mixture into pan

Fry for 3 minutes and then cover with tin foil and cook for a further 3 minutes until the eggs are set. You can grill in the oven instead for a bronzed top. Losen off the sides with a spatula and serve on up!
