Method
Hash Brown
- Pre heat oven to 200c and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Add califlower and onion to a blender and blend till all broken down
- Add in the rest of the hash ingredients and blitz for 10 seconds
- Use your hands to pick up the mixture and form 6-8 hash brown shapes on the baking tray. Press the mixture together to make sure they hold their shapes.
- Place tray in over for 60 mins but turn over after 30 mins.
Beans
- Add all the ingredients expect the beans to a bowl and mix together
- Add the beans and mix in.
- When the Hashbrowns have 10/20 mins left to cook then is your time to cook the beans mixture. It only takes 5-8 mins to cook.
- Put them in a pan and heat until the water has evaporated and the sauce is nice and sticky
- Plate up together and enjoy!!!
